Managing Your Subscription

Learn how to manage your organization's subscription, including plan changes and payment methods.

Accessing Organization Settings

You can reach your organization settings through one of these methods:

  • Click your name card in the top left corner
  • Use the dropdown menu in the left navbar

Managing Your Subscription

Open "Current subscription" card

Once in organization settings, click the "Current subscription" card to open the subscription settings.

View Current Subscription

Your current subscription details will show:

  • Active plan (Pay-as-you-go, Pro, or Premium)
  • Billing cycle
  • Usage statistics

Modify Subscription

To change your subscription plan:

  1. Select your desired plan level
  2. Follow the upgrade / downgrade flow
  3. Review the changes, conditions and pricing
  4. Confirm your selection

Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Update Payment Method

To modify your payment information:

  1. Locate the "Payment Method" section
  2. Click on the pencil icon
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Save your changes

Cancel Subscription

The Pay-as-you-go plan cannot be cancelled but has no fees when unused so you won't be charged if there are no verifications.

To cancel Pro or Premium subscriptions:

  1. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  2. Confirm your decision
  3. Your plan will revert to Pay-as-you-go at the end of the billing cycle
