Learn how to update your organization's information, including company details, addresses, and contact information.
Accessing Organization Settings
You can reach your organization settings through one of these methods:
- Click your name card in the top left corner
- Use the dropdown menu in the left navbar
- Access via Quick Actions panel on the dashboard
Updating Organization Information
Navigate to Organization Tab
Once in organization settings, select the "Organization" tab to access your company information.
Update Company Details
You can modify the following information:
- Organization Name: Your company's name. This name will be shown to your customers in their request.
- VAT Number: Your organization's tax identification number
- Address: Your company's registered address
- Street
- City
- Postal Code
- Country
Simply click the field you want to change, type the new information, and press to confirm.
Manage Contact Information
Update your organization's contact details:
- Billing Email: Where invoices and payment notifications are sent
- Customer Enquiries Email: Main contact point where your customers can contact you in case of questions
Click the email field you want to modify, enter the new address, and confirm with .
Important Notes
- Updated billing information takes effect immediately
- Ensure email addresses are monitored regularly
- Changes will be reflected across all user accounts in your organization
