Managing Retention Settings
Learn how to customize your organization's data retention settings for verifications, logs, and notifications.
Accessing Organization Settings
You can reach your organization settings through one of these methods:
- Click your name card in the top left corner
- Use the dropdown menu in the left navbar
- Access via Quick Actions panel on the dashboard
Configuring Retention Settings
Navigate to Retention Tab
Once in organization settings, select the "Retention" tab to access data retention settings.
Understanding Retention Limits
Maximum retention periods by plan:
- Pay-as-you-go: 30 days
- Pro: 60 days
- Premium: 90 days
After the retention period expires, all related data will be permanently removed from our platform.
Adjust Retention Settings
Configure retention periods for:
- Verifications: How long verification records are stored
- Logs: Duration of system and activity logs retention
- Notifications: Time to keep notification history
Simply choose the desired number of days from the dropdown within your plan's limits. Changes are saved automatically.
Important Notes
- Data deletion after the retention period is permanent and cannot be undone
- Retention periods apply to all new and existing data
- Upgrading your plan automatically increases retention capabilities
- Consider downloading important data before the retention period expires
